Miriam Jimenez

Miriam is an expert Running Coach, national long distance runner and personal trainer specialised in marathon training preparation, weight management and women's training including pregnancy, postpartum and older adult women for all levels of fitness.

Experience

Running is my passion! I am an advanced runner for over 25 years and I have run several marathons, includng ultra marathons, and races and have been a pacer for Nike Running. In addition, I've been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years helping clients acheive thier fitness goals virtually and in person.

How I can help:

I can help with marathon training and preparation aiming for 'Personal Bests' (PBs) whether or not it's your first running experience or you are a seasoned runner.  With my experience as a Personal Trainer and running Ultra -marathons like Race to the Stones 50k, Race to the King 83km, Katherine Switzer 261 Women’s Marathon as well as the London Marathon, I am well placed to provide tailored training marathon programs. As a Personal Trainer, I also love to help clients improve their level of fitness and make healthy lifestyle changes.

What to expect:

  • Languages: English, Spanish

  • This will be a virtual session based on GMT timezone

  • You will need a wifi connection, audio (headphones) ,video capabilities for best results

  • You will receive a session feedback email within 24 hours
