Phil Anthony
Phil is a corporate guy turned entrepreneur with a background in engineering and architecture, health retreats, motivational TEDx speaking and startups. Previously Phil was an award winning Chartered Engineer, one of the designers of the 2012 London Olympic Stadium, and a senior consultant on several multimillion dollar mega projects in the middle-east.
Experience
In 2013 Phil moved to Thailand to be a Director of a health and fitness retreat, which is now one of the world's leading retreats. As a TEDx speaker he's coached individuals and businesses, and is a keynote public speaker and features writer for MensHealth.
In 2017 Phil co-founded NanaBowls, a nutritionally complete smoothie bowl brand. Within the first 2-years, and with zero outside investment, NanaBowls won multiple awards, became Phuket's biggest food brand, a highly established brand on Instagram and has featured in MensHealth, BBC Good Food and several leading publications. NanaBowls are now stocked in several outlets, including the Novotel and Movenpick Hotels, and has recently expanded overseas to Melbourne, and shortly to Dubai.
