Maria Van Zeller
I have always loved to connect with people in a personal, special and uplifting way. I like to listen and understand each person as everyone should. I am Portuguese and have been living an international life for the past 12 years. In 2008 me and my family moved to Singapore, then South Korea and finally to London in 2011. All this unsettling life has given me many personal challenges and opportunities to grow. In difficult times I found amazing people who supported me and that made me want even more to help others, that like me, are trying to be their best version. As a wife and a mother of 4 boys I can definitely relate to the everyday challenges of working and balancing a spiritual, personal and family life.
Experience
Maria has over 20 years experience as a Coach, Doula and Social Worker. This intense but rewarding career has given her a rich understanding specially of women and families. Maria quickly relates to people from all over the world. Working either with private clients or within a team in the Charity sector Maria as been able to connect on an deeper level to each person bringing up the best in each one.

How I can help:
In our sessions I will help you to increase your wellbeing and that of your family by growing your self-knowledge, supporting your spiritual growth and learning to listen to your inner voice. I have expertise in many practical tools, tips and tricks for moving towards your goals. I will help you build your personal action plan in taking that next step for you and your family. Gradually during the coaching sessions the results become visible and the path to reach your potential is unlocked. Tapping to my own spiritual experience as a Catholic and with the help of the Enneagram we can have a profound journey together. So if you need someone to listen to you, to really understand what's going on and to unstuck you, then I am your Coach.
